The train began to move. Sasha, as always, was excited to take the short journey to her school with her father.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Her father\u2019s office was in the same district as Sasha\u2019s school. So, taking the local train to work in the morning and returning home on the same train in the evening was their routine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This Saturday, however, was different.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sasha\u2019s father had a presentation to make at the office. He had been preparing for it all night, studying his notes, and organising the data.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Seated comfortably on the train, he was still reading from a sheet in his hand.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sasha was seated next to him, and looking outside the window, smiling.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She noticed the paper in her father\u2019s hand and started to study it. She was excited to be able to read and understand, since she was in her second class. And she looked to her father for some sort of appreciation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But her father had fallen asleep.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sasha continued to read, until they reached their destination and the squeak of the wheels on the rail woke her father up.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOh, did we reach already?\u201d asked her father, already getting up to climb down.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cYes, father. You fell asleep,\u201d replied Sasha.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018That is so bad. I needed to finish reading this page before I reached the office. I missed it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

They were walking out of the station. The sun was shining warmly. A cold breeze made the morning even more pleasant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI can help you,\u201d said Sasha.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI read that page and understood it. I can explain it to you.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Her father didn\u2019t think Sasha could do it, yet he agreed.<\/span><\/p>\n

And Sasha began explaining. She explained everything neatly, and her father could not help but pay keen attention.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He was getting the things clearly, as they continued to walk hand in hand.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sasha stopped suddenly.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOh, I didn\u2019t realise we reached your school. You were so good. Thank you so much,\u201d he told her.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sasha gave him a tight hug and ran to go inside.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The day passed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sasha\u2019s father waited outside Sasha to come out of the school.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She greeted him with a hug.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHow did it go?\u201d she asked.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMy presentation? Fantastic. Your help made me do it,\u201d he said.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sasha wanted to hear just that.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

They boarded the train home, and sat next to each other as always.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sasha fell asleep quickly.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Her father put her head in his lap, as they headed home.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
