The garden was their second home, where they played freely. The crow was bigger in size and his intentions were not good. They didn\u2019t dare enrage him.<\/p>\n<p>They quietly went home. They didn\u2019t say anything to anyone, because they both believed that the crow was probably not going to be there.<\/p>\n<p>But that didn\u2019t happen. When they reached the playground the next morning, the crow was already there. The sparrows wanted to fly away to their home, but he blocked their way.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou will stay here and play. This is my first rule and you dare not disobey me,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The sparrows were terrified into submission. They didn\u2019t want to play, but the crow forced them to stay. And he didn\u2019t want to let go.<\/p>\n<p>He made them bring him water and amuse him by telling him stories. When it was late enough for the sparrows to leave, he ordered them to return the next day.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will teach you a lesson if you disobey me,\u201d he told them.<\/p>\n<p>The sparrow left for home with a heavy heart. Many days passed like that. The crow was getting more and more authoritative.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTomorrow you shall bring me tasty food,\u201d he ordered them one evening.<\/p>\n<p>The sparrows didn\u2019t know how to meet the crow\u2019s demand without stealing at home. So at night, one of them got up to steal food for the crow.<\/p>\n<p>But the noise woke up her parents.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAre you hungry?\u201d asked her mother.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo, Mommy,\u201d she answered.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat are you doing here then?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The sparrow kept quiet for some time, and then she broke into tears.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat is wrong?\u201d asked the mother, pulling the sparrow closer.<\/p>\n<p>She told her mother the whole story.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe didn\u2019t know whom to tell all this. We were terrified,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>The mother listened patiently, and said, \u201cYou shall never hesitate from sharing things with your parents. We are always there to help you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The parents flew with the two sparrows to the garden. Seeing so many of them coming, the crow understood he was in trouble.<\/p>\n<p>He flew away and never returned.
